Rocco Press Inc. cannot, and does not check any project submitted for grammar, spelling or other errors. Every job will be printed as approved. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.
Rocco Press Inc. does not censor or refuse any material, and it does not review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. Rocco Press Inc. accepts no liability for materials that is subject to copyright or trademark protections or that is otherwise in violation of the law. Rocco Press Inc. will not be held accountable for possession of illegal use of materials in connection with www.Roccopress@optonline.net. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify Rocco Press Inc. against any legal action.
Rocco Press Inc. guarantees all work produced will not be defective in accordance with industry standards; if a design/job is found to be defective then you may contact Rocco Press Inc. for a reprint or a full refund. Rocco Press Inc. must be contacted via e-mail at Roccopresswebmail@optonline.net or by phone at (973)790-4000 or (888)41-ROCCO within 30 days of receiving your order. A Customer Service representative will contact you within one business day to help issue your RMA (Return merchandise Authorization). Contact with the representative must be made within five business days to verify the request, and Rocco Press Inc. must receive the package within 30 days after RMA is issued. Refunds will be processed only after an RMA has been issued and the product has been returned to Rocco Press Inc., after which the refund transaction will take place within five-business days.
Rocco Press Inc. guarantees true color will be consistent with industry standards for "pleasing color". Rocco Press Inc. does guarantee "match-print" Slight color drift throughout an order is a possibility and cannot be helped. Rocco Press cannot monitor and cannot guarantee that the color printed will match the preview as it appears on the customers computer monitor.
Rocco Press Inc. makes no guarantee about time in transit of any shopping methods. In the event an order is lost or misplaced while in transit, a notification of no receipt must be sent via e-mail to Roccopresswebmail@optonline.net and include the invoice number. Rocco Press Inc. is allowed 5 business days from the time of notification to respond with one of the resolutions below:
1) Rocco Press Inc. will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. This occurs when lost packages cannot be found.
2) Rocco Pres Inc. will redirect the lost order with the same delivery terms extending from time of the resolution. Packages located by UPS will be rerouted to the customer promptly upon discovery. UPS requires a 10-business day window for refund of shipping costs.
Packages shipped outside the U.S. may be charged a duty, based on the receiving country's import tax. Rocco Press Inc. is not responsible for the payment of this fee.
Rocco Press, Inc. is not liable to customers for lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer is responsible for delivery delays.
Rocco Press, Inc. reserves the right to contact you via phone, e-mail, or post mail regarding current and /or future orders placed with Rocco Press, Inc. Any customer may opt out of receiving future contact from Rocco Press, Inc. at any time, by unsubscribing from our email correspondence.
Rocco Press, Inc.'s cutoff time of 4:00 pm EST is based on the time we receive notification of a payment clearing from the billing agent.
Rocco Press, Inc. does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by: Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law. Quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotion or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations of orders may only be done through our website, email or customer service. Orders that have already been produced / printed cannot be cancelled.
We will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party.
You shall indemnify and defend Rocco Press, Inc., and all parties from whom Rocco Press has licensed portions of content and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to:
1) your breach of these Terms of Service.
2) any suit, claim or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into products that was not part of the standard site content.
